Contact messages
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so the office can review and respond to your inquiry. Signed-in website administrators can access these submissions. Please avoid including medical records or other sensitive personal information in your message.
We also store each message’s status and the times it was created and updated.
Website visits
We automatically record visits to public pages to understand website usage. These records include the page path visited, the time of the visit, browser information (user-agent) and, when available, only the referring site’s origin (scheme, hostname and port). For new records, page query strings and fragments are removed, and referring URL paths, credentials, query strings and fragments are not stored. Invalid page paths are rejected; invalid or oversized referring URLs are discarded. Signed-in administrators can view website analytics.
These safeguards apply to newly collected visits. Older records may contain full URLs collected before these safeguards were introduced and have not been changed.
How long we keep your information
Contact messages and page-visit records currently have no automatic deletion period. Contact messages remain stored unless an administrator deletes them. Defined retention periods must be confirmed by the content owner.
Privacy questions and requests
A dedicated privacy contact and the process for access, correction or deletion requests have not yet been confirmed for this notice. The office must confirm the applicable rights and how requests will be handled.
For a general inquiry, you can use the contact page. It is not a confirmed dedicated privacy-request channel.
